2. Add up your total using the prices listed on the next page. You are responsible for completing or making arrangements with us for your payment. This is a group buy, we are all working together!
3. Payment is due when the order is submitted. We do take Venmo, cash, or check. Please be aware that electronic payments are subject to a 3% processing fee and we would appreciate it if you add this on when submitting your payment. If you would like to pay in cash or check please make arrangements with us via call or text at (360)703-5606 or you can message us at @WhalenOaksFarm via Facebook messenger. You can also use these routes of communication with any questions or concerns. All delayed or missed payments are subject to an INCONVENIENCE FEE.
We will make an announcement on Whalen Oaks Farm Facebook page for pick up details when we have the arrival date for the produce. We will also send out an email to everyone who ordered, using the address you provide here. Please be aware that we typically get orders within 1-2days of our produce event closing. Estimated delivery of this order to Whalen Oaks Farm will be Friday, October 11th, 2024. Please be prepared to pick up your order in the late afternoon/evening of that day.
**It is very important that produce be picked up during the pick-up times. If you are unable to come during the set times, either see if someone else can pick up for you or kindly let us know.

Occasionally, there may be orders we aren't able to complete due to demand or spoilage. Every effort is made for this to not happy, but in the even it does we will be happy to refund your missing items in full.***
